“London homes with a garden are at a premium.” says Andrew Langton of Aylesford International. “Despite all the glorious parks and town squares available in central London, most English home buyers prefer a private garden where they can sit and have a drink or entertain on a warm evening. As such, properties with outside space usually command a higher price, particularly those that are south facing."
