Dar Ballar is a spacious, luxury architect-designed villa (sleeping up to 14 guests), offering luxurious and elegant accommodation, with six bedrooms and five en suite bathrooms.

They include: a spacious Master suite (with a double bed, large en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle, plus a private terrace, with panoramic views of the distant Atlas Mountains; 3 additional double en-suite bedrooms; a double room with twin beds and a large 4 bedded room, which both share a communicating shower room/wc. There is also a separate cloakroom.

The villa is set in three and half acres of beautiful, lawned gardens, with a variety of tropical plants, olive trees, palm trees and beautiful roses all of which grow so well in this part of the world. In addition, there is a large private swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols (which can be heated in the winter months at extra cost - details on request), a shaded pool house and a boules court, ideal for a game during the heat of the day, or the cool of the evening.

Dar Ballar is located on the Bab Adrar domaine, a small, secure and gated exclusive estate, just outside Marrakech in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains. The villa enjoys wonderful views of the distant mountains, yet it is only a 25 minute’s drive from the ancient Medina of Marrakech and to the Airport. Dar Ballar also shares the communal facilities of the Bab Adrar, domaine, which includes a Hammam, basic gym, clay tennis court and jogging track. The house manager, Noureddine can arrange both massage sessions and yoga lessons (extra cost) at the villa or in the gardens.

Dar Ballar makes a wonderful base for a family holiday or for a group of friends celebrating a special occasion. We can also arrange special dinners with entertainment if required. The villa is very elegant and comfortable, the grounds and views are amazing and the staff are experienced, professional and very friendly; all the ingredients for enjoyable, relaxing and memorable holidays.

The villa comes fully staffed: with House Manager and 4 house staff for parties of 8 or less; with 5 house staff for parties of 9 guests or more.
