Verbier

One of the most beautiful chalets in Verbier.

This chalet was built in 2003/ 2004 to the highest standard. It is positioned at nearly 1800 meters and takes full advantage of the stunning Alpine views, with a beautiful stream including waterfalls running the length of the property.

The ground floor contains a luxurious entrance (9 m long) with an antique stone heater (dated 1771), a long built-in wooden bench and plenty of storage. Adjoining the entrance is a ski room including a boot heater and entrance to a large 2 + car garage with plenty of storage space.

On the first floor as you come up the stairs there are 2 sizeable bedrooms, which open onto a large terrace with views of the valley. Each bedroom is equipped with beautiful built in 'alpine style furniture'. Next to the bedrooms there is a luxurious bathroom and a separate w.c. room. There is also a large steam room with shower and built Bose sound system.

The second floor is the main living area. It has a warm and comfortable open plan living space, which includes a large chef's kitchen, a bar area and the dining room. This area then opens up into a fantastic cathedral style living room. The living room contains a complete floor to ceiling fireplace made of natural stone and an old handmade oak parquet floor with a full glass wall. The glass wall which is split by wooden beams opens onto a large wraparound terrace with stunning 360 degree views of the Alpines Peaks with a stone gas b.b.q. area and a 6 person wooden hot tub.

Behind the kitchen there is a wine cellar, a full bathroom and another bedroom with entrance to the wraparound terrace, giving a total sleeping capacity of 10.

The third and final floor is reached through the living room by a floating oak staircase which leads to a balcony overlooking the living room.. From the balcony one enters through double doors to a luxurious 420 sq ft master suite with a cathedral beam ceiling and a walk in wardrobe. The suite is furbished with wood and raw marble. There is a bathroom with his and her's marble countertops, a modern glass bath tub and glass shower from which the Alpine Peaks can be seen through a roof top window.
