Aylesford International was established in 1966 in the very building in which it still stands on London’s prestigious King’s Road. The business is privately owned and prides itself on being a boutique, personal and professional organisation that achieves results, but builds lasting relationships with clients.

With nearly 50 years experience in the property industry, Aylesford International is well equipped to understand the market dynamics and offer the best possible advice. The firm’s reputation for stealth-like negotiations and discretion at the upper-end of the market is legendary, while the letting’s department covers a broader spectrum and enjoys a loyal client-base who return to the team year after year.

Latterly, the company has diversified into the international property market and opened offices in key strategic destinations to not only offer overseas property, but to attract buyers to the domestic market. This breadth has strengthened the already robust business that has sustained three recessions and numerous market slumps and pinnacles – with the same management team and many of the same staff which is uncommon in this day and age and says a great deal about the business we run.
