We are business people who happen to work in property. We regard loyalty and sustainability more than a short-term-gain sale transaction. Our 40 staff have collectively been at the company for over 260 years and some will probably be here forever.

Aylesford International has been in the business of finding homes and brokering the best possible deals for 40 years and operates in a discrete and professional fashion.

We have a team of negotiators in Chelsea who sell, let and value properties all over London and latterly, the world. The Marbella office covers the southern Spain region, the Villefranche-sur-Mer office looks after southern France, the South Africa office covers Cape Town and the surrounding Garden-Route area and our newly opened Swiss office caters to the Geneva area as well as the skiers market in the Swiss Alps. We also have our individually selected group of consultants  who work in specific markets to ensure the best possible service and local knowledge. We don’t shout about what we do, we just get on with it, achieving impressive results. After all, it is often the quiet ones who surprise and delight the most.
